Nan-Kyung Suh received
her B.S. degree in Physics in 1991. She worked at Hyundai
Electronics Inc. Semiconductor R&D Center from 1992 to 1997.
Her work focused on device modeling of deep-submicron CMOS technology.
After years of being in industry, she went back to school and recieved
her M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1999 from USC. She is
currently working on a Ph.D degree in Electrical Engineering-Electrophysics.
Her interests include the design and fabrication of 2D VCSEL arrays for
optical interconnects.
